The Nest officially launched in autumn 2018, but the project's story began a year earlier — initiated by the agency Futu and Equinox Capital Partners. It was born from a simple observation: Warsaw was missing a boutique office building that combined a prestigious address, designer architecture and real work comfort. To date, over 500 companies and startups have grown here.

On October 26 we open The Nest at the corner of Piękna 49 and Koszykowa, opposite Hala Koszyki. The slender, boutique architecture catches the eye of all Warsaw.
We launch the coworking space at The Nest. The building is featured on Wallpaper magazine's prestigious list of the world's best designed office spaces.
We complete the layout of all floors. Conference rooms and designer event spaces come to life.
We cross the half-thousand customer mark. We welcome our first international teams.
