Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the provision of services by The Nest (NEST EQUINOX CAPITAL PARTNERS) for virtual office and office space rental.

By using The Nest services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

• Service Provider: NEST EQUINOX CAPITAL PARTNERS based in Warsaw
• Client: natural person, legal entity or organizational unit using the services
• Virtual Office: service including prestigious address, mail handling and other services without physical office space
• Office Space: physical office space rented to Client

3. Scope of Services

The Nest provides the following services:

• Virtual office (packages: Standard, Business, VIP)
• Office space rental with subscription
• Company registration address
• Mail receipt and handling
• Reception services
• Access to conference rooms (depending on package)

4. Contract Conclusion

A contract is concluded upon:

• Signing a written agreement, or
• Accepting the online offer and making the first payment

Contracts are concluded for a fixed or indefinite term, depending on the selected package.

5. Payments

Service fees are paid:

• In advance for the billing period (month)
• By bank transfer or other form accepted by Service Provider
• Within the period specified on the invoice

Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or contract termination.

6. Client Obligations

• Timely payment of fees
• Using services in accordance with their purpose
• Compliance with building rules
• Prompt notification of contact data changes
• Regular collection of correspondence (for virtual office)

7. Contract Termination

The contract may be terminated:

• By mutual agreement at any time
• By either party with 30 days notice
• With immediate effect in case of gross violation of terms

8. Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of services by the Client or for items left unattended in the office space.

9. Final Provisions

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the Polish Civil Code and other applicable Polish law.

All disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered office.
