When comparing offers, it is worth remembering that the difference usually lies elsewhere: in the length of the commitment and in what has to be paid on top of the monthly fee.

The address you enter in the register sits in the very centre of Warsaw, on the corner of Piękna and Koszykowa, in the Śródmieście district. This is the part of the city where your counterparty expects to find a company, and one they will reach without anyone having to explain where it actually is.
It is a five-minute walk from Politechnika metro station. For a client coming from the other side of Warsaw, or off a train, that is the difference between a meeting that happens and one that gets moved.

The address in CEIDG and KRS is public and search engines index it. Couriers, cold callers and debt-collection letters addressed to counterparties have a way of turning up at a home address. An address at Piękna 49 keeps all of that away from your flat.

A sole trader business, a limited liability company (sp. z o.o.), a simple joint-stock company (PSA), and also foundations and associations.
